I was at car max all afternoon in the process of buying a car. Then it came time to provide insurance details. I’m not familiar with how insurance works in Florida.  I called Butler insurance at about 5 minutes before closing time.  I had no expectation to get anything done.  A kind voice on the other end of the phone picked up. Annette said cheerfully that I was fortunate I called at that exact moment because she was just about to head out the door for the day. But asked me how she could help me.  I apologized for the lateness of my call and said I needed auto insurance.  Long story short in less than 10 minutes, she found insurance for me, I paid over the phone, and handed the information over to car max to complete my transaction. A couple of days later I came into their office, signed papers for the car insurance, and also found the best rate for our home owners insurance and got that too!  Their service felt personal and we felt well taken care of.  My husband, as usual, had a crap ton of questions regarding the home insurance. Marc Butler answered every question patiently and honestly.  He’s a standup guy.  If you need insurance of any kind, they will provide personalized service that you can’t get by just going online and getting quotes.  Next up for us at some point is health insurance.
